We knew this wedding was going to be something special. Having had the honour of photographing Grace’s sister’s wedding back in 2018, we were already familiar with just how warm and wonderful this family is. But Grace and Liam’s wedding exceeded all expectations—it was pure magic from start to finish, and we’re still pinching ourselves!

Like many couples, Grace and Liam faced the challenge of postponing their wedding not once, but twice due to COVID. Despite the delays and uncertainty, they remained incredibly positive and finally got to celebrate their big day surrounded by all their loved ones. The atmosphere was filled with joy, relief, and the kind of love that only grows stronger through challenges.

Their venue, Vue on Halcyon, sits right at the entrance to the Yarra Valley and is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. With its picturesque vineyards, on-site chapel, and spacious reception area complete with a huge dance floor, it provided a beautiful and versatile backdrop for the day’s celebrations.

We had an absolute blast capturing this wedding. Grace and Liam were a joy to photograph—so full of energy, laughter, and genuine connection. Their chemistry made our job easy and their fun-loving spirit made every moment feel light-hearted and special. The candid shots from this day are some of our favourites—real moments of happiness, love, and spontaneous joy.

And we have to talk about Grace’s gown. Wow! It was truly one of a kind—elegant, bold, and absolutely breathtaking. It suited her perfectly and added an extra spark of individuality and style to the entire day.

We feel incredibly lucky to have been part of such a heartfelt and unforgettable celebration. Watching Grace and Liam finally have their moment—surrounded by family, friends, laughter, and wine—was a beautiful reminder of what weddings are all about.
